After 7 days, you'll be charged £1,200/month unless you cancel. You can cancel anytime during the trial with no questions asked. If you continue, billing happens automatically on the same day each month.

Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No penalties or cancellation fees.

No. £1,200/month includes unlimited properties, unlimited users, unlimited documents, unlimited AI auto-responses, and unlimited client portal access. There are no "per user" or "per property" fees.

While we don't offer refunds for monthly subscriptions (as per our Terms of Service), you can cancel anytime before your next billing cycle. We recommend fully testing the platform during your free 7-day trial to ensure it meets your needs.

We reserve the right to adjust pricing, but you'll receive 30 days' notice before any price changes. Most price increases only apply to new customers, and existing customers are often grandfathered at their original rate.
